BSHR HealthPort - Procurement as major source of boosting health care innovation
The Health Care Sector is a huge driver for a competitive and knowledge based health economy in the Baltic Sea Region. To facilitate commercialization from research findings, universities and other state actors must be able to invest in interesting innovation activities. One barrier is the current procurement legislation stating certain rules that complicates the purchasing processes.
