Communication & information
Communication and information activities in the project are an important part of the project implementation.
Why is communication important?
- it helps to achieve project results
- it improves quality of results
- it ensures wider visibility of the project
When applying:
- plan resources: staff (Communication/Information Manager) & budget for activities
- fill in the Work Package 2 "Communication & information" in the application form
After approval:
- check chapter 8 of the Programme Manual for requirements and more info
- prepare a communication plan
- design project logo and website
- all project outputs and results must have clear reference to the programme & EU contribution
In addition, to help projects with communication Secretariat has prepared the Communication Guidelines. These guidelines provide explanations of common terms, practical examples of communication activities and useful tips.
