DEEP - Database for Efficient European Programmes
DEEP is the software tool for efficient handling of the approved projects and project applications.
DEEP was developed and is used by the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Baltic Sea Region Programme. Also many other Secretariats of more than ten European Territorial Cooperation Programmes use DEEP and its adaptations in their day-to-day work.
DEEP serves to process a wide range of data as
- project applications,
- project assessment dossiers,
- information on funding decisions and grant contracts,
- progress reports and their annexes, and
- information on payments to the projects.
DEEP supports the programme bodies in
- administrating and assessing applications,
- monitoring at project and programme level,
- communicating with projects,
- financial programme management and handling payment requests to the European Commission, and
- data and indicator analysis.
