Implementation provisions for the projects in the Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-2013 have been harmonised as much as possible. Wherever there are specific provisions set for the ENPI financed project partners these are reflected separately in the respective chapters of the Programme Manual.

Notification to grant beneficiaries with an ongoing contract:
Following the entry into the force of the Regulation (EU) n 236/2014 of 11th March 2014 laying down common rules and procedures for the implementation of the Union’s instruments for external action (CIR), new eligibility rules have to be applied in all procedures to be launched at the latest as from 1 August 2014. For ENI regulations go to Programme Documents.

Where there is no reference to the ENPI, this means that the requirements and procedures described are the same for all project partners regardless of their source of financing.
