The priority focuses on joint transnational solutions declining the pollution of the Baltic Sea and improving sustainable management of the sea as a common resource.
The 1st call for project applications opened on 25 February was closed on 30 May 2008. The secretariat received 110 project applications. For more information click here. The Monitoring Committee will decide on approval of project applications on 23-24 October 2008.

Individual project consultation in Rostock and Riga were offered until the end of May 2008. During the summer break, due to the assesment, no consultations will be held. However, you can get feedback on your project idea per email continuously. For more information click here.
The 2nd call for project applications is planned to be opened in November. The next Lead Applicant seminars will be organised in November (Tallinn Conference) and beginning of December.

In order to assist applicants to set up a high quality project a Project Planning Tool has been developed. The tool reflects major requirements arising from the programme documents. It can be adopted to the individual needs of the project.
