Information and Partner Forum, 18 February 2010, Minsk, Belarus

The Joint Technical Secretariat of the Baltic Sea Region Programme together with the Regional Capacity Building Initiative organise the Information and Partner Forum for the 3rd call for proposals that will take place in the Crown Plaza hotel 13 Kirov Street, Minsk, Belarus on 18 February 2010.

The event aims:

• To provide information about the programme and the call, and give potential partners the opportunity to ask questions
• To give partners from the EU Member States and Norway the opportunity to disseminate project ideas and find partners in Belarus. It will also allow people in Belarus with project ideas to find partners in Belarus and outside.

You are kindly invited to register for the Information and Partner Forum as soon as possible online at www.rcbi.info/pages/17_1.html or by sending the filled-in registration form to rcbi-east@rcbi.info. The number of available places is limited. The deadline for registration  is 12 February 2010.

The event will be held in English and Russian.

If you would like us to display your project idea at the venue, please complete the project idea form together with the registration form. If you are not able to attend the event we can still display your project idea. Please send completed project idea forms to rcbi-east@rcbi.info.
