Director of the Managing Authority and the Joint Technical Secretariat Rostock/Riga

Susanne graduated in Political Science and Fenno-Ugristics at Hamburg and Budapest University. She worked as programme manager and consultant for EU financed programmes in Hungary as well as in Poland and the Baltic States.

Susanne represents the Managing Authority of the programme (Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein). She is responsible for overall programme and staff management at the offices of the MA and the JTS (Kiel, Rostock & Riga). Further on, she leads the programme's information and communication team.

Managing Authority/Programme Manager

Gudrun has studied business and human geography, sociology and demography/population studies at the Universities of Jena and Kiel in Germany as well at the University of Guelph, Ontario in Canada. After graduation she has been working with funding programmes on the level of the EU, Germany and Schleswig-Holstein. With a regional development association in Schleswig-Holstein Gudrun worked as programme manager and project manager within the framework of INTERREG IIIA, IIIB, IIIC and IVA, especially in the fields of "Maritime Economy" and "Demographic Change".

Gudrun is part of the Managing Authority's team within the Baltic Sea Region's Programme 2007-2013. Being the central contact point between the Managing Authority and the JTS at Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein and the Audit Authority she also coordinates the exchange of information and reporting at programme level, incl. audit & controls and evaluations.
