Dr. Klaus Rave

Managing Director

Klaus holds a doctoral degree in Law and is Member of the Executive Board of Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein (IB) since 1995. From 1988 until 1995 he was Head of Division of the Ministry of Finance and Energy, State of Schleswig-Holstein, responsible for energy affairs. Since 1997 he is, among other responsibilities, Head of the Managing Authority for INTERREG programmes within the IB. For the Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-2013 Klaus is responsible for the Managing and Certifying Authority.

Gudrun Dittrich

Managing Authority

Gudrun has graduated in business and human geography. Since 2005 she has been working with funding programmes on the level of the EU, Germany and Schleswig-Holstein. With a regional development association in Schleswig-Holstein Gudrun worked as progamme manager and project manager within the framework of INTERREG IIIA, IIIB, IIIC and IVA, especially in the fields of "Maritime Economy" and "Demographic Change".

Gudrun is part of the Managing Authority's team within the Baltic Sea Region's Programme 2007-2013.

Sybil Scharrer
Sibyl Scharrer

Managing Authority

Sibyl studied Political Sciences, European Law and languages at Heidelberg University. She worked for 2 years at the EU representation office of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce in Brussels. From 2004-2008 she worked as a project officer for technology transfer and regional innovation projects in the European Commission, DG Enterprise and Industry.

Sibyl is part of the Managing Authority's team within the Baltic Sea Region's Programme 2007-2013.

Susann Henning
Susann Henning (on maternity leave)

Managing Authority

Susann has graduated in business geography and has a vocational training in banking. She worked with Objective 2 (ERDF) funding programmes and with giving advice on EU-funding programmes for municipalities and companies in Schleswig-Holstein as a project manager of IB's Euro Info Centre before joining the INTERREG programme in 2004.
