The Baltic Sea Region (BSR) Programme 2007-2013 financed in total 90 transnational cooperation projects covering a wide scope of themes. In order to share the work done with you, the Programme has created this online basket of projects – a Fruit Basket if you will (formally called the Output Library).

The virtual business incubator and matching platform “www.biiugi.eu” was created to bring together retired or semi-retired experts with those who need their help. It is meant as a meeting space for these groups and enables them to create project teams and use virtual support tools such as a file-management system, calendar and a live-chat function. Registration for the portal is free. The Portal is available in English, German and Polish versions and will stay operational at least until 2017, maintained by the Research Association Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

This brochure summarizes the experience gained in the EU project Urban Creative Poles carried out from 2010 until 2013 in five medium sized cities in the Baltic Sea Region.
